The Shores is a new planned community by BuildWorks, Inc. The Shores is a 70 acre parcel with rolling terrain located near Lake Erie and on Lake Road in the quiet beach town of Conneaut Ohio.
Phase one will consist of 34 cottage style private homes built right on the prestigious Lake Rd. and should be perfect residences for locals or out of town residents looking for an affordable vacation home or custom family home. You can choose from our portfolio of plans or have a custom plan that remains within the design elements of The Shores. Phase two on North Shore Circle will consist of around 27 bungalow style homes situated as a small village with its own landscaped entry. It may have its own community center for larger gatherings or just simple visiting. The village would provide maintenance free living run by a HOA. Phase three on South Shore Drive will have over 57 bungalow homes. This village will have similar features as phase two and will have added green space for family activities. Phase four will be cut into the wooded east end of the property and will have 21 smaller residences consisting of affordable free - standing townhomes and ranches.
